Accessing Fort Gregg-Adams

Fort Gregg-Adams is a closed base with strict access requirements.

The Quartermaster Museum highly recommends first time visitors and those who haven’t been to the base in a while reference the Fort Gregg-Adams Visitor Information webpage.

New visitors now can request installation access before coming to Fort Gregg-Adams using the Automated Installation Entry website. More information can be found on the Fort Gregg-Adams Visitor Information webpage.

Everything is always FREE at the museum

Admission, Tours, Programs, and the Research Library.

Hours of Operation

GALLERY HOURS

Tuesday – Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 4:00pm
Closed all other times including all Federal Holidays

TRAINING SUPPORT HOURS

Tuesday – Saturday : 8:00am – 4:00pm

HOLIDAY HOURS

The museum will be closed on the following days this holiday season, 28-29-30 November, and 21 December through 4 January 2025. Events or training may still be supported depending upon staff availability. Please contact the museum for questions about scheduling.

Library and Archives

The Library & Archives are open for research visits by appointment. The Quartermaster Museum does not possess unit or personnel records, as all records of that nature are held by the National Archives or the Army Heritage & Education Center.”

Parking

Parking is available to the side of the museum in the lot off Adams avenue.
Additional parking is available behind the museum accessible from Shop Road.

All Parking is free.

The Army Quartermaster Museum is committed to providing an enjoyable museum experience for all of its visitors. The Museum is wheelchair accessible throughout it's lobby and exhibit spaces.
